Remarkably fruity with heavy notes of oranges, green apples & salted caramel. The palate has an oily texture and salty maritime character with soot and smoke beyond the grassy fruitiness.

About the distillery

Chapter 7 was founded in 2014 by Selim Evin and took its name from Shakespeare's poem "The Seven
Ages of Man", which Adam would endorse as inspiration. An additional impulse also came from the family ties to whisky, and a new bottler was born. Initially inspired by the world of Scotch, the brand specialised in grain and Irish whisky before moving on with blending their own malts.
