An official bottling from the Mortlach Distillery , the oldest and first distillery founded in Dufftown. This is a special series of old and rare whiskies and this version is no longer produced. Aged in European oak sherry seasoned butts, American oak hogsheads and European oak refill casks.

Burnt fruitcake with spice and apricot
The Morthlach Distillery was established in 1823 by James Findlater. Becoming the first legal distillery in Dufftown. Today most of its production is used in John Walker & Sons whisky blends and owner by Diageo.
