Delicate and fresh, made from a blend of three grape Varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier harvested at different times of the year. Billecart-Salmon Champagne house was founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, today nearly 200 years and 7 generations later still owned and operated by the same family.
