Mars Cosmo est composé de whiskies Single Malt de la distillerie japonaise Shinshu et de distilleries écossaises. Ce whisky est une édition limitée, affinée en ex-fûts de Sherry Manzanilla, mise en bouteille en 2019 à 42%.
The first release of the series and an award-winning whisky. For centuries Mount Fuji had inspired artist and pilgrimages. In 2013 it was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. In commemoration to this event, Hibiki released a limited edition. Beautifully presented in a decanter with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji. The 24 facets of the bottle represent the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

A very limited and rare bottling, only 120 bottles were released in Europe. This exquisite expression is made from a blend of pure malt whiskies from the Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries. Complex, elegant and well balanced with floral aromas and sweet sherry taste coming from the long maturation in oak cask, these notes are followed by a subtle peat and a velvety texture.
Aged for 17 years in oak cask, characterized by spicy and fruity notes. Taketsuru is made from a blend of pure malt whiskies from the Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries. 89 points in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible in 2017. This malt is named after Masataka Taketsuru know as the father of Japanese whisky, and founder of the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries.
The Master’s Select Edition celebrates the artistry of Japanese culture, the bottle and box are decorated with the Sakura flower (cherry blossom), a royal carriage (Goshoguruma) and the streaming water (Ryusuimon). These symbols represented good fortune and prosperity during the Edo period and were a special offering for the Shogun.
Made of a blend of the finest whiskies from the House of Suntory Whisky. Composed of a least ten malt and grain whiskies, aged in five different types of casks including American White Oak cask, Sherry Oak cask and the rare Mizunara Japanese oak cask, coming from the Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
