Highland Park 12 Years Old Single Malt is rich and well-balanced, with intense notes of malt, fruit and peat. Until today the distillery still malt its own barley, using the peat from the trees that grow in this land cradled by the sea winds, giving the Highland Park whisky its unique smoky flavor.
