Excellia Blanco Tequila is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco from 100% agave Tequilana Weber Blue. The plants are estate-grown, cut by hand, and slowly cooked in traditional brick and stone ovens. Shredded and crushed to extract the aromatic agave juice, which is later fermented in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper stills.

Excellia Blanco rests for a few weeks in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels, just enough to extract subtle flavours from the casks, preserving the original flavours of the agave.

Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero is made from a rare variety of agave that grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero's state. The flavour of the Agave Papalote is greatly influenced by the coastal climate and green forests surrounding the region.

The decanter is an artisanal piece that pays tribute to the Mexican woman's ancestral wisdom, tender nature, and warrior spirit.

The green colour represents jade, a precious stone of extreme value to ancestral cultures and a symbol of eternity.

The four-petaled flowers covering the decanter represent the Fifth Sun, a pre-Hispanic god known as the origin of everything. The colourful cap features the figure of a hummingbird, the fabled messenger of the Gods, reaffirming its mystical and celestial connection to the region.

It is so rare that it is only produced and sold in Hand painted by local artists in limited edition bottles. Each bottle is unique, and we only receive very few bottles yearly.

Ancho Reyes Original is a unique liquor handcrafted according to traditional methods with chiles native to Puebla, cultivated in volcano-enriched soils.

The chiles are sundried between 15 to 20 days, mashed by hand, macerated in neutral cane spirit for half a year and finally blended. After the harvest, the soil rest for three years before growing chiles again.

Machetazo Mezcal is 100% handcrafted according to methods passed down through generations.

Made from a variety of wild agave locally known as Maguey Papalote or Cupreata Agave, found on the high mountain slopes of the Rio Balsas basin in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero.

The agaves are grown until they have reached maturity between 7 - 15 years to ensure the ideal concentration of natural sugars and minerals. Cooked in earthen ovens, fermented in wooden barrels and distilled twice in a copper still.

Mezcal Machetazo San Luis Potosi is made from Agave Salmiana, also known as Maguey Verde or Green Giant, grown in calcareous soils in the Central Mexican plateau in San Luis Potosí, where the semi-arid climate yields crisp, citrus flavours.

Handcrafted by cooking the piñas through vaporization in Earthen and stone ovens above ground, this method eliminates the typical smokiness of mezcal. Mezcal Machetazo is fermented in masonry-stone tubs and distilled once in a copper bell still.

Machetazo tequila is handcrafted using traditional methods passed down through generations. Made from Espadin agaves grown between 8 - 12 years, cooked in earthen ovens, fermented in wooden barrels, and double distilled in copper stills.

Every batch is married in small batches of no more than 150 cask and individually numbered.
