Like a fine white wine, this sake's sweetness, umami and well-balanced acidity enhances flavours and lighten the palate.

IMA is the ideal alternative to a Chablis or a Sancerre wine.

Although being a speciality to be paired with oysters, it also goes perfectly with tuna, sashimi, caviar and salmon dishes.

A Premium Sake Junmai made from Gohyakumangoku, a popular rice variety from Niigata prefecture on the west coast of Japan. Gohyakumangoku sakes are dry and light with a clean taste, making them an excellent match for raw and marinated dishes such as Caviar, tonkatsu, ceviche, and tempura.

Dewazakura is highly aromatic and dry sake, ideal as an aperitif or as a pairing to light dishes such as Sea bass ceviche, wagyu beef maki, soft-shell crab tempura and smoked salmon.

Dewazakura is made from the Dewa San San rice variety, polished at 50%.

Amabuki Rhodendron sake is made from the Omachi rice variety, polished at 40% and fermented with yeast cultivated from rhododendron blossoms. This sake pairs well with smoked duck breast, rib eye steak, kimchi and game meats.

These rums have been aged for a minimum of 21 years in American oak casks, allowing them to develop deep, complex flavours under the influence of Jamaica’s warm, tropical climate in the lush Nassau Valley. The result is a rich and refined spirit that embodies the essence of time-honored craftsmanship and the vibrant heritage of Jamaican rum.

Chopin presents an ultra-premium vodka. Made from potatoes planted during the growing season in 2016 in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery.

The potatoes are grown free of chemicals or pesticides and harvested at an early stage to produce a sweet spirit with earthy notes. After distillation, this vodka matured for two years in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels.

An award-winning single malt whisky matured exclusively in hand-selected first-fill bourbon and sherry casks. The TWENTY ONE-YEAR-OLD single malt delivers sweet Sherry aromas and subtle spice followed by a soft smoky finish.

The only Glenfiddich that has been aged in a combination of American and European oak casks and finished in rare French Cognac casks.

Samaroli presents an old-style single malt whisky drawn from a single cask from the Macallan distillery. This whisky was distilled in 1989 bottled in 2022 at a perfect alcoholic concentration of 42.5% in Scotland from selected Cask No. 6890

Distilled in 2008, bottled in Scotland in 2020 and matured in a single cask, Cask N° 301633. This is a very limited release of only 190 bottles.

Caroni 1998 by C. Dully Selection is a Heavy Trinidad Rum drawn from Christian Dully's selected stocks and bottled in 2021 at 54.2% volume. The release is numbered to 280 bottles, carrying the classic post-closure Caroni appeal in a slightly more rounded register than the most extreme Velier releases.

AGEING: distilled in 1998 and matured for 23 years, this bottling combines tropical identity with later continental refinement before bottling in Scotland. It is presented at full proof, natural colour and without chill filtration, with the vatting of barrels giving breadth rather than a single-cask edge.

SERVING: serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass and allow it to rest. A few drops of still water can open the compact structure. Pair with espresso, bitter chocolate, grilled beef or a full-bodied Nicaraguan cigar.

Le Cime Vino Rosso is produced by Vino Hauser, a swiss producer located in Ticino. Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and other grape varieties are grown in more than 20 different vineyards. The vineyards are cultivated on sandy, clayey soils on a granite base.

Le Cime Rosso is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Verdot wines matured for 20 to 24 months in new French barriques. This wine manifests its full harmony and balanced elegance only after a few years of bottle ageing.

Composed of a blend of reserve rums aged in white oak barrels for at least 15 years in the tropical climate of Cuba, producing a high percentage of ‘angels’ share’ and giving this exceptional rum its distinctively dry note.

An exceptional 2006 vintage, aged in a 400l single American oak cask, despite being bottled at a Cask strength of 55.5%, it displays a palate full of cocoa, tobacco, chilli & dried fruits.

The 2021 - 01 E batch is named after retired Jim Beam employee Mike Donohoe who was a close friend to Booker Noe, founder and a sixth-generation master distiller who introduced the world to small batch bourbon.

Today the distillery is run by his son Fred Noe, a 7th Generation Master Distiller from the Beam Family.

Batch 2021 - 01 E was matured for over six years and is composed of barrels from two production dates aged in six different rack house locations:
