Each bottle in The Red Collection comes in a handmade oak box made from the same sustainable European oak used to craft The Macallan’s oak casks.

These boxes are padded with sustainably sourced red leather from Scottish supplier Bridge of Weir Leather, which creates upholstery for leading luxury car brands worldwide.

The Macallan Time Space Mastery is the latest addition to the distillery's prestigious range of single malt whiskies, designed to celebrate their 200th anniversary and their commitment to craftsmanship, tradition, and the Whisky Makers expertise, who carefully select and age the finest casks to create a unique, luxurious whisky.

Matured in Sherry-seasoned casks for a rich and complex flavour profile. Each cask is handpicked to ensure only the finest whisky makes it to the bottle, reflecting The Macallan's uncompromising standards.

This is a rare, exclusive release, with only a limited number of bottles available worldwide.

The 2024 bottling is the eighth release in Macallan's Classic Cut series. This single malt has been expertly matured in three different casks: sherry-seasoned European, American oak, and ex-bourbon casks.

Bottled at a robust 52.4% ABV. Each edition of the Classic Cut series is bottled at the Whisky Maker's chosen strength to showcase its distinct character and flavour.

Introducing the fourth release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, Vibrant Oak was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to celebrate The Macallan's 200th anniversary.

Inspired by creativity and a deep connection to the natural world, this release highlights the importance of the harmony between the natural world and human experience.

It also pays tribute to the sherry-seasoned oak casks, which provide up to 80% of the whisky's flavour and 100% of its natural colour.

Each cask takes around six years to craft, and both the box and label are made from oak chippings, a by-product of the cask-making process.

-B- Swiss Roots Distillate is a unique rum-inspired distillate crafted with Swiss beet juice and molasses, aged in barrels of sweet wine from the estate of Marie-Thérèse Chappaz.

Macallan presents the third release of A Night on Earth, a limited edition series of single malt whiskies celebrating New Year's traditions worldwide. Each year, a different destination is featured, capturing the universal joy of the season.

Inspired by Jerez's Nochevieja or New Year's Eve, this edition pays tribute to the region's rich traditions. The packaging, created in collaboration with artist Maria Melero, reflects the sights and spirit of a Spanish New Year's Eve in Jerez.

This whisky was matured in a blend of European and American oak casks, offering a distinctive depth and character Macallan is known for.

Independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful presents an Islay Single Malt from the renowned Bruichladdich distillery, known for its distinct whisky styles and commitment to terroir and experimentation.

Distilled in November 2004, matured 18 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel, Cask # 1434. In order to preserve its natural character and depth, this whisky was bottled in July 2023 at a cask strength of 53.2%, unchill-filtered and free from artificial colour.

For this release, independent bottler Rest and Be Thankful brings an experimental bottling that reflects the distinct character of Bruichladdich and the richness of Rivesaltes, a fortified wine with high residual sugar known for its dessert-like tasting profile.

This Bruichladdich patiently matured 18 years in an Ex-Rivesaltes Wine Hogshead cask and was bottled at a robust cask strength of 61.9% to keep its full, intense flavours.

This 14-year-old Port Charlotte is an exceptional Islay single malt Scotch whisky that showcases its coastal roots and bold peat flavours. Distilled in April 2009, entirely matured in a bourbon hogshead barrel and bottled at cask strength in July 2023.

Gratavimum 2PiR wine is made from organic, biodynamic and Demeter grown Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan grapes. This wine goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.

These varieties are sourced from vineyards with Llicorella-rich soils, giving the wine its unique mineral character from the Priorat region.

This wine partially aged in oak barrels, clay amphoras, and glass demijohns. With proper storage, it will continue to evolve over the next seven years. Serve at 16°C and decant before serving.

The 2019 harvest in Penedès enjoyed ideal weather conditions for vine growth. The high-quality, healthy grapes had the optimal acidity and sugar levels suitable for various winemaking styles.

Rosa Cusiné Cava Microcuvée is made from 100% Red Grenache grapes cultivated according to organic and Biodynamic farming. The vineyards are at 800 meters above sea level in the Penedès region.

Rosa Cusiné cava is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC for 16 days. The second fermentation in the bottle takes 48 months. There is no oak ageing.

The 2019 Gran Reserva vintage was produced in limited quantities.

Històric Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a refined Cava made of a traditional blend of 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, and 20% Parellada from organic, Biodynamic and Demeter vineyards.

These grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.

The second fermentation happens in the bottle, following the traditional method, and it is aged for a minimum of 36 months—no oak maturation.

FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with rice dishes, stewed meats or serve by the glass.

Electio 2022 is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, an exclusive selection of organic, demeter and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.

Made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.

After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in New and 2nd-year French Allier and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17 °C.

After the fermentation, the wine matures in the same barrels for four months on the lees and with periodic ba^tonnage.

Floral and intense, this microcuvée is full and rich, with notes of ripe citrus fruits followed by a nice acidity that brings balance into the wine, leading to good ageing potential.

Ginesta is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, a selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.

Made from 100% Gewürztraminer cultivated according to Organic and Biodynamic farming methods. The grapes come from vineyards with special soils and microclimates, yielding more sophisticated wines.

The unique weather conditions of 2022 contributed significantly to this wine's outcome. Extreme conditions led to the grapes' early ripening, altering the typical harvest sequence and contributing to the wines' distinctive freshness and lightness.

Cosmic 2023 is a blend of 85% Xarel·lo and 15% Sauvignon Blanc cultivated using organic, biodynamic, and Demeter methods.

This wine pairs with light, fresh dishes such as salads, rice, and fish. It is also excellent with sushi and mild cheeses, perfect for a relaxed meal or a refined pairing.

Combining innovation with traditional tequila-making methods, Volcan Xtra Assemblage is an ultra-luxurious tequila made from a blend of Reposado, Añejo, and Extra-Añejo, each selected for its unique flavours.

Crafted from 100% Blue Agave sourced from two distinct terroirs—the Lowlands and the Highlands.

Volcan X.A is presented in a striking decanter with an LED light at the base that illuminates the bottle, beautifully resembling a volcano.

Gem & Bolt is produced by a fourth-generation Master Distiller in Oaxaca, Mexico using Espadin Agave & fresh mountain water. This mezcal is uniquely distilled with Damiana, a traditional Mexican herb long revered by the Mayan and Aztec for its multiple mood-elevating properties and aphrodisiac effects.
