Sotol Padre de las Serpientes is a traditional Mexican distillate made from Dasylirion, a succulent plant that grows wildly in the desert of Northern Mexico.

Dasylirion thrives in harsh desert conditions. Its roots delve deep into the dry soil, absorbing every raindrop bestowed by nature. This plant grows for 18 to 22 years before it can be distilled.

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes Batch No.2 was distilled in Chihuahua in 2023. This is a limited edition of 5100 numbered bottles.

Sotol is an excellent alternative to tequila or mezcal in traditional cocktails such as Margarita, Tommy's, or Paloma.

Padre de los Jaguares is Mexican spirit crafted from Blue Agave grown in the state of Jalisco, western Mexico.

This artisanal distillate is produced using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations and were used at the beginning of the 20th century for the production of tequila.

The Padre de Los Jaguares Batch No.1 is a limited edition of only 3700 numbered bottles and it was distilled in Jalisco in 2023.

Gin Terrae Onde is part of a limited series; each label displays the batch and bottle number. This particular bottle was drawn in 2022 from Batch No.3. Only 4973 bottles were produced.

Inspired by Italy's nature. Campi is a small-batch, London Dry gin crafted with handpicked wild botanicals found in the Emilia-Romana plain region.

Juniper, hay, tomato leaf, beetroot, coriander, and angelica intertwine to create a gin with a velvety texture and a hint of sweetness.

Neutral or citrusy, slightly bitter to medium sweet.

Gin Selva is the first London dry gin produced in Colombia!

• Produced in small batches and distilled in Cartagena.

• Made with Bulgarian juniper berries and a mix of native fruits, herbs, and spices, including Corozo or small palm fruit, raw fermented cacao and a hybrid citrus fruit called limon Mandarino.

• Selva Gin is a collaboration between two bartenders and a Colombian chef in partnership with Turicum Distillery in Zurich, Switzerland.

• The bottle is crafted from 100% recycled wine glass, giving each bottle a unique colour.

Le Piane Boca D.O.C 2007 is made from a blend of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vineyards with mineral-rich soils of volcanic porphyric gravel.

The grapes undergo a long fermentation process with their skins in open steel and wood casks. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden barrels following the harvest during springtime.

After 3-4 years, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining, and it is then allowed to rest for an additional six months before being made available for sale.

Robert Moncuit Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in different vineyards in the commune of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

During the controlled fermentation process, the biological acid reduction takes place. Maturation of the yeast lasts six months. The residual sugar content is 3g/l.

Robert Moncuit's champagnes are of enormous radiance and very precise. Due to their exactness, minerality and complexity, the basic cuvées are among the best in the Champagne region.

An earthy mezcal with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

El Jolgorio Cuishe is crafted from wild and semi-cultivated agave from Santa Maria Zoquitlan, Oaxaca.

This variety is called "Cuixe/ Cuishe" in the indigenous Zapotec language. Due to its spiky leaves and laborious harvesting process, it represents less than 1% of the agave currently growing in the state.

It takes 13 years for the Cuishe agave to mature before it can be harvested for mezcal production. Entire Cuishe trunks are added to produce a spirit with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

The piñas and trunks are milled using horse-driven stone or "Tahona", naturally fermented in open-air wooden tanks, cooked in conical earthen ovens and artisanally distilled using traditional copper pot stills.

Made exclusevely from aged eaux-de-vie sourced from the renowned Grande Champagne terroir. Martell Cohiba cognac is the perfect complement to Cuban cigars due to its complex and intense aromas of dried flowers.

An aromatic Caribbean rum made from sugar cane juice and molasses. Mount Gay Eclipse is distilled in a traditional column & double pot still, matured for two years in charred ex-American Kentucky Whiskey Barrels. This rum is ideal for long drinks and cocktails.

Topanito Reposado Tequila is produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave in a single batch distillation. The aged expression of Topanito is matured for a minimum of six months in American white oak barrels.

Crafted according to traditional methods with 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from long-term suppliers in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco.

Topanito Blanco is a bartender's choice and the ideal ingredient for mixing Tequila-based cocktails and long drinks such as Margarita and Paloma.

Topanito Tequila is produced at the most awarded distillery in Mexico, Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila, also known as the legendary Casa Maestri distillery in Jalisco.

Crafted according to traditional methods with 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from long-term suppliers in the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco.

The agave is slowly roasted in brick ovens or "Hornos" for 36 to 54 hours then milled to extract the concentrated agave juice and separate the fibres, which are washed with deionized/ reverse osmosis treated water.
