Complaints and return policy

 


Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products promptly. If there are any defects or if you received the wrong products, kindly notify us within 5 business days. In the event that Visionary Investments GmbH delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, the company will cover the return shipping costs and replace the goods if possible. If not, a full refund will be occur.

Products should be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt. If no complaint is received within this timeframe, the goods will be considered proper and accepted by the customer.

Unwanted Goods or Unclaimed Goods

For cancellations or returns of correctly delivered goods or unpaid customs duties (for international orders), a minimum admin fee of CHF 150 or 15% of the total (whichever is greater) will be charged (for international order this can be higher).

This fee covers return shipping, bank transfer fees, credit card or PayPal transaction fees, and additional administrative work. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt. We do not accept goods returned after 10 days unless prior notice and acceptance by Visionary Investments GmbH.

This rule also applies for events on consignment unless agreed upon in advance before the order by both parties.
