The limited edition of Aarver Dry Swiss Gin is aged in oak casks and crafted with locally sourced botanicals. The recipe includes Swiss pine, larch, and fir from the Engadin. Douglas fir, Swiss alpine mint, thyme, and organic forest fruits from Switzerland. Plus, organic juniper, grapefruit, and Amalfi lemon sourced from Italy.
A shaving of original Swiss pine wood from the Engadin is added to each bottle to enhance its unique flavour. Aarver is a Small Batch London Gin free of additives and artificial colouring.

Aarver Lido is crafted with Swiss ingredients: Swiss pine from Engadin, Maggia pepper from Ticino, rosemary, basil, and blue St. Gallen potatoes. Complementing these are organic Italian botanicals, including Amalfi lemon, bergamot, blood orange, grapefruit, and juniper.
Its striking blue hue comes naturally from the St. Gallen blue potatoes, making it the perfect summer drink.
Pairing: Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic works best with a few pineapple chunks as garnish.
AARVER Swiss Pine Gin is a pure dry gin. There is no secret or fabricated story behind it. Aarver is distilled with pine as an essential ingredient and infused with herbs and citrus fruits to create a balanced mixture for a contemporary gin.
The recipe includes Swiss pine, larch, and fir from the Engadin. Douglas fir, Swiss alpine mint, thyme, and organic forest fruits from Switzerland. Plus, organic juniper, grapefruit, and Amalfi lemon sourced from Italy.
This special release comes from one of the first casks ever filled at Langatun and is among the last remaining from the distillery’s early years. Distilled on March 3, 2008, it spent 14 years ageing in a 225-litre barrique before being bottled on September 9, 2022—yielding just 498 bottles.
The Langatun Vintage Reserve series features single-cask bottlings from the distillery’s early days, each aged over a decade to develop its rich character.
-B- Swiss Roots Distillate is a unique rum-inspired distillate crafted with Swiss beet juice and molasses, aged in barrels of sweet wine from the estate of Marie-Thérèse Chappaz.
This Swiss red wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes, grown in Piano di Magadino, Ticino.
Bella Stasera is aged 12 months in French oak barrels (80%) and then stabilised during 6 months in stainless steel tanks. This wine is non - filtered. Therefore small particles at the bottom bottle could be found.
This extraordinary Swiss white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in Piano di Magadino, Ticino. The vineyards located at 200 metres above sea level are planted in rows according to the 'Guyot' method, the average age of the vines is eight years.
During the growing season, the vines benefit from a very long period of sunshine and, in summer, from the warm twilight sun and the evening breeze from Lake Maggiore.
Sarabande is matured in barriques and stainless steel tanks for seven months. Depending on the vintage, the acidic fermentation is carried out partially or completely organically.
This wine is filtered before bottling. The alcohol content is between 12.5% and 13%. Prior to release, the bottled wine is kept in a warehouse at a constant temperature for at least six months.
An excellent aperitif wine, it goes well with cold starters, canapés and first courses, like asparagus risotto, tagliolini shrimps or courgette. The ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 10° C.
This Swiss gin is produced for 7Peaks Brewerery at the Lakeside Distillery, by combining freshly brewed beer distilled with juniper and other traditional botanicals, such as juniper berries, coriander, lemon, orange peel, cloves and wild honey.
The 7Peaks brewery is known for producing artisanal beers and it is located at 1300 meters high in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by the Valaisan mountain range, the Dents du Midi.

The H.R. Giger Museum is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with a new limited edition Absinthe bottling.
The special release consists of only 1000 numbered bottles, composed of ten local plants from the Val-de-Travers, carefully distilled by Philippe Martin according to traditional methods and old recipes from the Belle Époque.
The 2023 label by graphic designer Andy Davies features a goddess depicted in H.R Giger's 1974 artwork "The Spell II."
The grapes for this wine are destemmed in the cellar and gently pressed at 0.3-1.8 bar. In the first 20 hours before fermentation, the grape juice undergoes a clarification and fining process. The fermentation is made in closed steel tanks at a constant temperature below 18° and lasts up to 4 weeks.
Afterwards, the wine is matured in steel tanks for seven months. Depending on the vintage, biological acid degradation is partially or entirely carried out.
The "Bourrée" is filtered before bottling. The alcohol level is between 12.5% and 13%, depending on the vintage. Before the wine goes on sale, it stays in the bottle for 6 months or more at a constant temperature.

Gamaret is a red grape variety. Created by crossing Gamay and Reichensteiner, this variety was registered in Switzerland in 1991.
