Introducing the fourth release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, Vibrant Oak was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to celebrate The Macallan's 200th anniversary.
Inspired by creativity and a deep connection to the natural world, this release highlights the importance of the harmony between the natural world and human experience.
It also pays tribute to the sherry-seasoned oak casks, which provide up to 80% of the whisky's flavour and 100% of its natural colour.
Each cask takes around six years to craft, and both the box and label are made from oak chippings, a by-product of the cask-making process.
Gratavimum 2PiR wine is made from organic, biodynamic and Demeter grown Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan grapes. This wine goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.
These varieties are sourced from vineyards with Llicorella-rich soils, giving the wine its unique mineral character from the Priorat region.
This wine partially aged in oak barrels, clay amphoras, and glass demijohns. With proper storage, it will continue to evolve over the next seven years. Serve at 16°C and decant before serving.
Històric Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a refined Cava made of a traditional blend of 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, and 20% Parellada from organic, Biodynamic and Demeter vineyards.
These grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.
The second fermentation happens in the bottle, following the traditional method, and it is aged for a minimum of 36 months—no oak maturation.
FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with rice dishes, stewed meats or serve by the glass.
Electio 2022 is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, an exclusive selection of organic, demeter and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.
Made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.
After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in New and 2nd-year French Allier and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17 °C.
After the fermentation, the wine matures in the same barrels for four months on the lees and with periodic ba^tonnage.
Floral and intense, this microcuvée is full and rich, with notes of ripe citrus fruits followed by a nice acidity that brings balance into the wine, leading to good ageing potential.
Ginesta is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, a selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.
Made from 100% Gewürztraminer cultivated according to Organic and Biodynamic farming methods. The grapes come from vineyards with special soils and microclimates, yielding more sophisticated wines.
Beluga Transatlantic stands out for its delicate flavour and exceptional ingredients. Nordic grain—wheat and barley—plus pure spring water quartz sand undergo a five-fold distillation and 45 days of resting before being bottled.
Filtered twice through quartz sand and triple distilled through silver-enriched charcoal. Beluga Transatlantic is an ultra-smooth vodka and the ideal pairing for seafood dishes and oysters.
Lesforante is one of the rare "white ripassos" made entirely from Ligurian grapes. This wine is made from 100% Vermentino grapes, specifically: IS THIS IT 2022, from the Wine Brewers.
This wine is briefly matured in wood and then is passed over the pomace of Moscatello di Taggia Passito.
Climate conditions in 2015, such as lack of rainfall, high temperatures, and significant drought, resulted in grapes with excellent sugar levels and acidity. The higher pulp-to-skin ratio yielded wines with intense aromas and complexity.
The 2016 Blanca Cusiné vintage blends 83% Xarel·lo, 7% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir.
These grapes were harvested by hand from vineyards cultivated using organic, biodynamic, and Demeter farming methods. They also benefited from special soils and microclimates ideal for producing refined wines.

This 16-year-old Highland Park was bottled specially for the Monologue series. The series highlights the art of whisky-making by showcasing single casks from specific distilleries.
Monologue Highland Park was distilled in 2007, matured in Sherry oak barrels, refined in Rum Casks and bottled in 2023 by Independent Bottler Chapter 7. Non-chill filtered, free of colouring and bottled at 49.9% Vol.

Kelt Commodore is a refined cognac crafted from a skilful blend of Grande Champagne VSOP, Napoleon, and XO Cognacs, all made from 100% Uni Blanc grapes from the prestigious 1er Cru De Cognac region.
Aged in French Limousin oak barrels, Kelt Commodore undergoes a final maturation with a three-month "Tour du Monde" sea voyage inspired by an old-world ageing tradition.
This method exposes the cognac to constant movement and temperature changes, causing evaporation and reducing the alcohol content while enhancing the flavour and deepening the interaction between the spirit and the wood.
Kelt Commodore is Un-Chillfiltered and bottled in limited quantities.

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes is a traditional Mexican distillate made from Dasylirion, a succulent plant that grows wildly in the desert of Northern Mexico.
Dasylirion thrives in harsh desert conditions. Its roots delve deep into the dry soil, absorbing every raindrop bestowed by nature. This plant grows for 18 to 22 years before it can be distilled.
Sotol Padre de las Serpientes Batch No.2 was distilled in Chihuahua in 2023. This is a limited edition of 5100 numbered bottles.
Sotol is an excellent alternative to tequila or mezcal in traditional cocktails such as Margarita, Tommy's, or Paloma.
