CUSTOMS DUTIES	The receiver is responsible for any customs and import fees that might apply in the country of destination. We're not able to estimate these fees, customs policies vary widely in every country. Therefore, please contact the local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering.
RETURNS	If the receiver rejects the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee of a minimum of CHF 150 or 15% of the total amount will be applied to cover shipping and administrative costs. The total amount is at the discretion of the sender.
DAMAGES	If there is damage to the parcel or it has been opened by customs – check the contents immediately with the courier before signing. If there is minor or no damage or you accept it, you may sign and take the package. If the damage is substantial, damaged bottle packaging or leaking do not accept the package, file an immediate report with the courier, take photos and let us know. We will file a report with our insurance and the courier. If the bottle is replaceable, we will do the necessary, if not a refund will be issued.

Due to the complex regulations, high costs and administrative overhead, shipping to the USA requires a special dedicated courier with import licenses in each state.
