Shipping
We offer next day delivery in Switzerland and fast international shipments to 37 countries using our reliable couriers. For international shipments – you may prefer to use your own courier/logistics companies to pick up at our warehouse. Please see below the shipment options.
SWITZERLAND:
Your orders will be carefully packed and shipped with either Planzer Paket or Pallet Service or Swiss Post with next day delivery.
Private clients:
- CHF 100 orders = Free Delivery
- CHF 100 under will be billed at CHF 12.90
Gastro/HORECA:
- CHF 300 orders = Free Delivery
- CHF 300 under will be billed at CHF 30
Distributors/Resellers:
- CHF 500 and over = Free Delivery
- CHF 500 under will be billed at CHF 30
OTHER COUNTRIES:
We can ship to these countries - see list here.
EU and MOST OF THE WORLD:
We can ship to 50 countries with a special permit using DHL International Express. International orders are limited to a minimum order of CHF 500 plus shipping that will be calculated at checkout and added automatically. Delivery times vary between 2-5 days depending on your location. More information

BILLING | Swiss VAT will automatically be removed for accounts registered outside of Switzerland when logged in. |
Shipping | International shipping rates will be added automatically at checkout according to volumetric weight (combination of size & weight). |
INSURANCE | Your package is automatically insured for the value of the invoice. |
CUSTOMS DUTIES | The receiver is responsible for any customs and import fees that might apply in the country of destination. We're not able to estimate these fees, customs policies vary widely in every country. Therefore, please contact the local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products you are ordering. |
RETURNS | If the receiver rejects the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee of a minimum of CHF 150 or 15% of the total amount will be applied to cover shipping and administrative costs. The total amount is at the discretion of the sender. |
DAMAGES | If there is damage to the parcel or it has been opened by customs – check the contents immediately with the courier before signing. If there is minor or no damage or you accept it, you may sign and take the package. If the damage is substantial, damaged bottle packaging or leaking do not accept the package, file an immediate report with the courier, take photos and let us know. We will file a report with our insurance and the courier. If the bottle is replaceable, we will do the necessary, if not a refund will be issued. |
USA:
Due to the complex regulations, high costs and administrative overhead, shipping to the USA requires a special dedicated courier with import licenses in each state. Shipping | We cannot automatically calculate shipping to the USA. We request a quote on an individual basis via a special dedicated courier with import licenses in each state. The price is calculated on volumetric weight (combination of dimensions and weight). Delivery times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location.

NON-LISTED COUNTRIES:
If your country is not listed – we cannot ship using our channels. If you are an importer or work with an importer, we can ship ex-works. See below
