DOC‘s essences are crafted in the Dwersteg Distillery, founded in 1882. In our family run business, know-how in detail and the love of the finest ingredients has been handed down for generations. The essences are dedicated to professionals – people who do their work with passion and who want to know exactly what is in their ingredients.

Ludger Teriete – friends call him „DOC“ – has been a partner in the Dwersteg Disti llery since 1980 and places great emphasis on producing high quality -excepti onal products. Building upon the extensive experience of the disti llery which was founded in 1882, he develops the award-winning Dwersteg Organic Liqueurs, Spirits and Essences. Together with his wife Monika – friends call her „Mo“ – they search all over the world for new inspirati on and tastes.
