Chapter 7 is an independent bottler of Single Malt Scotch specialized in single cask limited editions. Their whisky anthology offers an opportunity to experience the distinctiveness of each cask untouched. Each cask of Single Malt Scotch whisky is unique. A cask is as individual as a chapter in a novel. The author may be the same but the spirit always different.
In addition, the interaction of spirit & wood depends on a lot of factors like cask size, age of cask & different atmospheric factors such as average temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure & type of warehouse. Two whiskies from the same batch can taste completely different because the wood crafts its magic over the years in a subtly distinctive way. That’s why each cask of Single Malt Scotch Whisky is unique. A cask is as individual as a chapter in a novel. The author may be the same but the spirit always different.

93.5 points Jim Murray's bible 2017.
Rich gold, with thick and slow legs coming from its age.
Highly aromatic. A delicious bouquet of ripe pears, sweet white wine and cloves. Buttery white chocolate and coconut with subtle notes of sandalwood.
The palate has a silky texture; coconut milk mixed with a musky perfume, hints of sandalwood, roses and leather. Add few drops of water to open up its woody notes, creaminess and a faint bitterness reminiscent of earl grey tea and citrus fruits.
