Miami Club Rum - Destileria Caneca Miami Club Rum is an ultra premium platinum caribean style rum inspired by a family tradition dating back to 1911, produced in small hand crafted batches of 200 liters right in the center of the Miami design district made with the finest organic sugar cane and molasses from the South Florida region. Miami Club Rum is distilled 3 times in a copper still called "Sugar Lips" & aged using a distinctive method "Infused with music" the rum is placed in custom designed tanks while positive energy music plays, vibrating & releasing the deep flavors of the French limousine oak as it saturates the spirits with rhythm. It's then filtered 7 times for a smooth and clear finish. The rum is hand bottled, signed & dated then dipped in wax to seal the flavours.
