A fortified wine infused with 33 alpine herbs, created by Chambéry using a recipe dating back to 1821. The wine used for Dolin is distilled from 100% Ugni-Blanc grapes. Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry has the only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth in France.
