This sixteen-year-old Calvados was discovered in Michel Huard's cellar, ageing in a 220L barrel. Fortunately, Independent bottler Maquisard uncovered the forgotten barrel, which still contained 50 litres of the precious liquid, and bottled it in 2024.

For seven generations, Maison Michel Huard has been crafting vintage Calvados in their historic family estate in the Pays d'Auge, using apples from their high-stem trees cultivated in a 15-hectare orchard.
