Fruité & sucré. La distillation est effectuée en deux étapes et avec beaucoup d’attention afin de ne pas perdre le typique caractère malté. La maturation s’effectue dans des fûts de sherry oloroso en chêne blanc américain reposant dans les caves de Rugen, creusées dans la roche et datant de 1875.
