2015 Tinto Fino | D.O Ribera del Duero

Made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes trained as bush vines that are 30 years old, cultivated according to biodynamic and organic sustainable methods, free of chemicals, non-irrigated and without any wire support. Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels and produced in limited quantities. This wine was bottled without stabilizing and with a minimum filtration; it may contain natural sediments in the bottle. Ribera del Duero is an area with rich soils and extreme climate conditions; scarce rainfalls throughout the year and temperatures ranging from -20°C to 35°C ideal for vine growing.

Opulent, complex and balanced. From an assemblage of four grape varieties: 60% Tempranillo, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, and 8% Syrah. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels from the Allier forests. Absis is a Microcuvée from a selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities. 2015 Natural Wine | D.O.Q Priorat

Wild and natural. This natural wine is made using only the fermented juice of Carignan and Syrah grapes and wild yeast. Aged for 11 months in 400L new French oak barrels. In good conditions of conservation, this wine will develop favorably in the next 5 years. The 2015 vintage yield a limited production of 2340 bottles. Priorat is a region with soils rich in Llicorella; a kind of slate stone composed of compacted clay sediments that give a mineral character to the wines. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that have never been treated with any chemicals and no irrigation is made in order to grow vines with deeper roots.
