100% Xarel-lo. This elegant Microcuveé is made according to organic and biodynamic farming methods. This natural white wine is made from Xarel-lo, a variety of grape indigenous to the Penedès region, the grapes grow in vineyards over 80 years old. Additionally, the special soils and microclimates, yield to more sophisticated and complex wines.
Fermented in an amphora made with red clay found in an archaeological site within the vineyard, where thousands of years ago Iberians lived, they also cultivated grapes and fermented wine in clay amphoras. No sulfites added. Limited production.
