Un brandy haut de gamme corsé produit en Sicile avec un mélange de cépages locaux: Catarratto, Grillo et Inzolia. Distillé en alambic à colonne et vieilli durant minimum 15 ans en fût de chêne de Slovénie.
Made from Nebbiano grapes from the Piedmont region. The distillation is done according to the traditional method using steam- draught copper pots, the aqua vitae obtained then rest into stainless steel pots and once it starts to show its organoleptic properties is transferred to oak casks for its maturation for over 12 months.
Distilled from the finest marcs of Amarone, Cabernet and Prosecco grapes, which had been aged at least 10 years in small Slovenian and limousine oak casks. For this grappa, only a few of the best barrels have been selected.
