Fresh and crisp. A sparking natural wine, made from Xarel.lo and Macabeo grapes, two varieties indigenous to the region. This wine is matured in ceramic bottles in an underwater cellar. Handmade in small batches, biodynamic, organic and natural without added sulfites. Non-filtered. Produced in small batches, only 4200 numbered bottles worldwide. These wines have been featured in magazines, blogs and can be enjoyed at Michelin Star restaurants, including El Celler de Can Roca and Noma.
