Silvestris von Gratavinum ist ein Naturwein, hergestellt aus rein vergorenem Saft von Carignan- und Syrah-Trauben mit wilden Hefen. Er reifte 11 Monate in neuen französischen Eichenfässern von 400 L. Bei guter Lagerung entwickelt sich dieser Wein in den nächsten 5 Jahren positiv weiter. Der Jahrgang 2015 brachte eine limitierte Produktion von 2 340 Flaschen. Das Priorat ist eine Region mit Böden, die reich an Llicorella sind – eine Schieferart aus verdichteten Tonsedimenten, die den Weinen einen mineralischen Charakter verleiht. Die Trauben stammen aus Weinbergen, die nie mit Chemikalien behandelt wurden, ohne Bewässerung, damit die Reben tiefere Wurzeln entwickeln
