Juniper gives the pleasant spice that defines the basic structure of a fine gin. Black Currant along with the white rum is responsible for the pleasantly full mouthfeel and, like the juniper, provides a subtle earthy, tart note. Lemongrass delivers fresh, fruity and lively notes. Orange peel rounds out the other flavours and combines the other essentials into a whole. Leaf Coriander pairs incredibly well with fruity tonics in the glass.
