Històric Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a refined Cava made of a traditional blend of 60% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeu, and 20% Parellada from organic, Biodynamic and Demeter vineyards.
These grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks.
The second fermentation happens in the bottle, following the traditional method, and it is aged for a minimum of 36 months—no oak maturation.
FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with rice dishes, stewed meats or serve by the glass.
Climate conditions in 2015, such as lack of rainfall, high temperatures, and significant drought, resulted in grapes with excellent sugar levels and acidity. The higher pulp-to-skin ratio yielded wines with intense aromas and complexity.
The 2016 Blanca Cusiné vintage blends 83% Xarel·lo, 7% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir.
These grapes were harvested by hand from vineyards cultivated using organic, biodynamic, and Demeter farming methods. They also benefited from special soils and microclimates ideal for producing refined wines.

Robert Moncuit Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in different vineyards in the commune of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
During the controlled fermentation process, the biological acid reduction takes place. Maturation of the yeast lasts six months. The residual sugar content is 3g/l.

The Réflexions Series is not just a Champagne; it is the result of meticulous selection and deep reflection on a specific year's harvest. In this case, most of the Cuvee R.016 comes from the 2016 vintage, a year that stood out for its exceptional quality.
Despite the demanding and fast-paced viticultural drive, 2016 delivered great-quality wines with a good sugar/acid balance and complex, generous aromas.
Lallier Brut Reserve R16 is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, 86% of which are from the 2016 vintage, and 14% are reserve wines from 2010, 2012, and 2014.
Lallier R19 reflects the uniqueness of the 2019 harvest. These grapes delivered a wine with intense fruity notes and delicate sweetness. The remaining 12% is composed of reserve wines from the harvests of 2018 and 2012, each dominated respectively by intensity and fruitiness.

Lallier Rosé is composed of a grape Variety: 65% pinot noir, 35% Chardonnay of which 80% are base wines from a specific year & 20% are two to three year old reserve wines. The blend combines the fullness and intense character of the Pinot Noir with the emblematic freshness of the Chardonnay
Lallier Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exquisite Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Grands Crus vineyards.
The blend consists of 70% base wines from Aÿ, a terroir usually dominated by Pinot Noir. The 30% reserve wines come from the renowned plots of the Côte des Blancs in Avize, Cramant, and Oger.
Aged between 36 and 48 months. This champagne can be stored for up to five years, stored away from light.

The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in large stainless steel tanks, and subjected to a complete Malolactic fermentation. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle to develop its delicate structure to a greater extent.
Vozémieux is a Champagne of great versatility, making it the perfect accompaniment to starters, first and main courses with fish. The recommended serving temperature is 10°C.

The Champagne Les Chétillons 2013 from Robert Moncuit is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the eponymous site near the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified as Grand Cru, in the famous Côte des Blancs. This Champagne is aged in wood barrels.
The dosage of 2 g/l - which makes it an Extra Brut, ensures that this Champagne Blanc de Blancs completes the fruit's intense ripeness with the minerality of pure chalk on the palate.
Robert Moncuit Reserve Perpetuelle Blanc de Blancs is an Extra Brut Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, medium-bodied and aged on the lees for 31-54 months. This Extra Brut has been produced from a blend of different vintages of reserve wines from 2006 to 2017.
Robert Moncuit's champagnes are extremely precise, straightforward and of enormous radiance. Rosé Brut Les Romarines is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown on a chalky terroir. Two Grands Crus: the Mesnil-sur-Oger and the Ambonnay.
The reserve is matured for two years, with a dosage of 12 g/l, fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The ageing period in the bottle is at least two or three years.
Robert Moncuit Rosé Brut Les Romarines is perfect for aperitif, meat, fish or dessert dishes.
