An extraordinary rum, distilled on the historical Versailles Wooden Single Pot Still. The Still dates back to the 17th century and it is known for producing a dry medium-bodied rum.
This rum was aged for 13 years in Bourbon barrels. This is the first release bottled in 2015 at cask strength, non-blended and non-chill filtered.
