Padre de la Serpientes | 100% Sotol Dasylirion

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes is a traditional Mexican distillate made from Dasylirion, a succulent plant that grows wildly in the desert of Northern Mexico.

Dasylirion thrives in harsh desert conditions. Its roots delve deep into the dry soil, absorbing every raindrop bestowed by nature. This plant grows for 18 to 22 years before it can be distilled.

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes Batch No.2 was distilled in Chihuahua in 2023. This is a limited edition of 5100 numbered bottles.

Sotol is an excellent alternative to tequila or mezcal in traditional cocktails such as Margarita, Tommy's, or Paloma.

Ancestral Artisanal Mezcal | 100% Agave Cuishe

An earthy mezcal with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

El Jolgorio Cuishe is crafted from wild and semi-cultivated agave from Santa Maria Zoquitlan, Oaxaca.

This variety is called "Cuixe/ Cuishe" in the indigenous Zapotec language. Due to its spiky leaves and laborious harvesting process, it represents less than 1% of the agave currently growing in the state.

It takes 13 years for the Cuishe agave to mature before it can be harvested for mezcal production. Entire Cuishe trunks are added to produce a spirit with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

The piñas and trunks are milled using horse-driven stone or "Tahona", naturally fermented in open-air wooden tanks, cooked in conical earthen ovens and artisanally distilled using traditional copper pot stills.

Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero is made from a rare variety of agave that grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero's state. The flavour of the Agave Papalote is greatly influenced by the coastal climate and green forests surrounding the region.

The decanter is an artisanal piece that pays tribute to the Mexican woman's ancestral wisdom, tender nature, and warrior spirit.

The green colour represents jade, a precious stone of extreme value to ancestral cultures and a symbol of eternity.

The four-petaled flowers covering the decanter represent the Fifth Sun, a pre-Hispanic god known as the origin of everything. The colourful cap features the figure of a hummingbird, the fabled messenger of the Gods, reaffirming its mystical and celestial connection to the region.

Cerrudo is a rare wild agave closely related to Agave Arroqueno, Sierra Negra and Coyote. Mezcal Sentir Cerrudo is made with agave that has grown up to 25 years with a weight of over 500 kg.

Mezcal Clase Azul Durango is made from various wild agave found in Durango in Northern Mexico, where mineral-rich soils and natural spring water give a distinctive smoky character to the final spirit. The distillation process follows artisanal methods to preserve the original flavours of the ancient tradition.

Clase Azul Durango is presented in a black clay decanter, carved by hand by artisans from a small community of the Mazahua people. Artisans from the Wixárika culture are the creators of the colourful cap.

100% Espadin Agave

Mezcal Enmascarado 45º is a flavourful, smoky mezcal made from 100% organic Espadín agave grown between seven to ten years.

These agaves are cooked in traditional cone-shaped ovens covered with soil and palm leaves, so the agave hearts get smoked for 72 hours.

After a 2-fold distillation, the alcohol content is calibrated with natural spring water from Oaxaca, finished and hand-bottled by Master Mezcalero Guillermo Abad and his family.
