The design motif depicts the cyclical passage of time, showcasing the blossoms of the Japanese twenty-four seasons juxtaposed with the ever-changing flow of water that connects one passing season to another.

Composed of a non-peated whisky aged in American oak, a non-peated whisky aged in ex-sherry/Spanish Oak, and a peated whisky aged in American oak. As such, the peat level goes down to a mild 7-9 ppm. This product is no longer produced.
The Yamazaki Distillery was awarded whisky visitor attraction of the year by Icons of Whisky in 2015. The Museum showcases some 7,000 samples of malt whisky.
