An aromatic and elegant brandy, made from small yellow plums harvested exclusively in the family's orchards. Distilled twice and aged for 25 years which leads to a very complex and floral liquor.
Mirabelle de Rozelieures Eau de Vie is an aromatic and elegant brandy, made from plums harvested in the family's orchards. This eau-de-vie comes from the old reserve of the Maison de la Mirabelle. Mirabelle is perfectly suited as a digestive.
The magnum edition is presented in a dark bottle sealed with brown wax packed in a gift box.

Handmade with locally grown quince from Valais, using over 20 kg of fruit per liter, which produces a very aromatic spirit. Every Eau-de-vie is distilled in a copper still and aged for six months. In 1867 Franz-Xaver Dettling, founder of the house Dettling in Brunnen noticed that the black cherries found in central Switzerland produce a highly aromatic brandy. The careful selection of ripe cherries and their skilled distillation method makes Dettling Kirsch one of the leading brands in Switzerland.
This premium distillate is made from the finest cherries found in central Switzerland, matured in Oloroso sherry cask for nearly three years in order to obtain a mild flavor with intense fruity notes.
