El Dorado Albion is a limited edition rum distilled in 2004 in a Continuous Coffey Still, matured in Ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled in 2018 at a cask strength of 60.1%.
This botting bears the Mark: AN, which stands for ALBION, a ghost distillery that closed its doors in 1968, so the mark refers to the style of rum rather than the place of origin.
This bottling expresses perfectly the spirit of Demerara, sweet, bitter and salty, with a spicy, silky and slightly balsamic palate. This sophisticated single cask rum was distilled by Demerara Distillers in Guyana and subsequently bottled in Scotland in July 2017 by the independent bottler Samaroli. Limited edition of only 318 numbered bottles.
Distilled in 1993 on the Enmore Wooden Continuous Coffey still, aged for 22 years in ex-bourbon barrels, bottled in Guyana in 2015 at cask strength, non-blended and non-chill filtered.
