This single malt exhibits the rich and natural colors of the whisky based on the interaction between wood and distillate. The Macallan Relexion was aged in hogshead cask and Spanish first fill sherry casks, this combination creates a perfect balance between citrus, sweet and spicy notes. It's one of our FiGee personal favorites in the Macallan range.
This is a special bottling presented in a black case, the decanter features angular facets that reflect the light to showcase the deep colors of the whisky within.
Chapter 7 Prologue Batch 3 is a small-batch vatting, Speyside and Highland malts from independent distilleries, bottled at 47% volume. Approximately 6,000 numbered bottles, natural colour, non-chill-filtered.
MATURATION: four to eight years in bourbon barrels and hogsheads, vatted across the batch. Each release pulls a different cask set selected at peak.
SERVING: pour neat in a Glencairn or over a single large ice cube, the cold opens the mid-palate. Solid Whisky Sour base: 50 ml whisky, 25 ml lemon, 15 ml sugar syrup, one egg white, shaken hard. A sharing bottle for an evening, not a collector's piece.
Inspired by Fresh Coconut concludes the six-part Harmony Collection in 2026. Bottled at 46.3% volume, this release uses coconut fibres in its presentation paper, with charred coir and shells providing the black colour.
MATURATION:
Sherry-seasoned American oak casks are combined with bourbon casks. Oak lactones contribute the coconut character; no coconut flavouring is added.
SUGGESTIONS:
Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass or add a few drops of water. A small coconut pastry makes a suitable accompaniment.

The 2026 TIME:SPACE Sherry Cask 20 years old is bottled at 44.8% volume. Its circular vessel comes in a yellow presentation box inspired by palomino grapes.
MATURATION:
Matured for 20 years mainly in European oak sherry-seasoned casks, with some American oak. The Valdespino Connection: The whisky was then married in the first 200 casks seasoned at Macallan's own Valdespino bodega in Jerez, Spain. The casks were made in Macallan's Jerez cooperages and filled in Scotland in 2024, the bicentenary year. Second Interaction: This gave the whisky a second contact with fresh sherry oak. It was also a first for Macallan: casks seasoned with sherry from its own bodega.
SUGGESTIONS:
Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass, with water alongside. Add a few drops at a time if dilution is preferred.
This GlenAllachie was distilled on 26 August 2008 and bottled in March 2022 at 13 years old. Billy Walker selected the cask for Switzerland, with an outturn of 696 bottles. It is presented at a cask strength of 52.8% volume, without chill filtration or added colour.
MATURATION: The whisky matured in Oloroso puncheon number 2768.
SUGGESTIONS: Serve neat in a tulip glass, with water on the side. Aged Manchego or toasted walnuts.
Samaroli Glenlossie 1988 was bottled in March 2007 as part of the Coilltean Harmony range. This Speyside single malt is bottled at 45% volume.
MATURATION: The release was drawn from individual cask number 1953, with an outturn of 310 bottles.
SUGGESTIONS: Begin with a small neat pour in a tulip glass, with water available separately if desired. Plain brioche or a mild soft cheese offers a restrained accompaniment.
A rare Speyside single malt, single-cask release from a lost distillery, selected and bottled by the renowned Italian independent bottler Samaroli. Imperial 1998 / 2023 was drawn from a single ex-Bourbon barrel #100898 and was bottled in Scotland in 2023.
This extremely limited release, with only 175 bottles available worldwide, is an epic bottling for connoisseurs and whisky collectors from closed distilleries. Imperial 1998 is part of Samaroli’s Magnifico Series, featuring elegant, cask-driven expressions.
Samaroli Speyside 2025 Release is a Glenallachie single malt distilled in 2014 and bottled in Scotland in 2025. The release comes from one first-fill Barolo barrique, with an outturn of 444 bottles and bottling at 45% volume.
MATURATION: the Piedmont wine cask is the useful detail here, not a decorative suffix. Nebbiolo wood brings grip, dark fruit and a dry herbal edge, while Glenallachie malt keeps the texture rounded and cereal-led. The result is structured, but not heavy.
SERVING: pour neat in a tulip glass and let it sit for a few minutes before adding water. If the tannin feels firm, add only a few drops. At the table, match it with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, mushroom pasta or roasted poultry with herbs.
This Speyside single malt comes from the Tamnavulin Distillery, known for producing smooth, well-structured spirits with a clean malt profile suited to long cask ageing. Founded in 1966, the distillery focuses on consistent pot-still distillation and maintaining a classic Speyside style.
Distilled in 2009 and aged for 15 years in a Hogshead single cask (cask No. 1978), this whisky was bottled in Scotland in 2024 by independent bottler Samaroli. Released as part of the Samaroli Extraordinary Series, it offers a precise view of the distillate shaped by a single, carefully selected barrel.
This is a limited edition of 372 individually numbered bottles.
This Speyside single malt comes from Glen Grant, a distillery recognised for its clean, fruit-forward spirit and precise distillation style. Known for producing whiskies with bright barley character and refined maturation potential, Glen Grant has long been valued by independent bottlers for its clarity and consistency.
Distilled in 1993 and bottled in Scotland in 2023 by Samaroli, this release was drawn from a single Ex-Bourbon cask - Single Cask #76702.
The maturation in American oak adds notes of vanilla, light citrus, and gentle oak spice, allowing the distillate's natural Speyside character to remain at the forefront.
This is a special edition, part of Samaroli's Magnifico Series, that reflects the bottler's focus on elegant, cask-driven expressions. Only 212 numbered bottles were released, each offering an unrepeatable snapshot of a single cask's evolution over three decades.
Macallan Art is the Flower is part of the Tree of Life Collection, a tribute to Scottish designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh, whose celebrated lecture on 'Seemliness' gave this expression its name: 'Art is the flower. Life is the green leaf.' A Speyside single malt matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned European oak, bottled at 50.4% volume.
THE COLLECTION: the Tree of Life is Macallan's homage to Mackintosh as a national design figure, packaging, labelling and naming all draw from his Glasgow Style aesthetic. The cask-strength sets this expression apart from the standard Sherry Oak range: more concentrated, less integrated, intentionally letting the cask's intensity read clearly on the palate.
SERVING: a Glencairn at room temperature; the cask strength has a slow nose, and a few drops of cool water will integrate the spice. At the table the bottle pairs with sticky toffee pudding, dark chocolate truffles, candied walnut, or a Honduran corojo cigar where the spice and the sherry depth find common ground.
Royal Salute 21 Year Old "Miami Polo Edition" is the sixth release in the Polo Collection, designed to celebrate Miami's polo heritage and the city's vibes.
It is the first Royal Salute whisky that is fully finished in first-fill rye and first-fill bourbon casks. These two American oak casks allow the blend to draw on the bold richness of bourbon and the gentle spiciness of rye.
The bottle's design echoes Miami's visual language, featuring a striking pink hue and Art Deco styling that reflect the city's architecture.
Royal Salute 21 Year Old “Richard Quinn Edition” is a limited release in the Couture Collection, created in collaboration between Royal Salute and British fashion designer Richard Quinn.
The edition celebrates Quinn’s bold floral prints, reimagined through the medium of whisky and packaging — featuring petals and thorns motifs, as well as dramatic porcelain decanters in black and white.
Crafted by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, using 31 fine single malts and grain whiskies, each aged a minimum of 21 years — one malt for each year of Richard Quinn’s age at its launch.

Macallan 77 Years Old Red Collection 2022 is the first 'guest release' in the house's ultra-aged line, a Speyside single malt distilled in 1945 (the year the Second World War ended), laid down in hand-picked casks and bottled at 43.2% volume. Each bottle is hand-finished and signed.
THE CASK PROGRAMME: more than seven decades in European oak seasoned with sherry. The bottling is at the natural cask-strength after the angel's share has done its work for nearly eight decades, concentration without dilution. The aromatic archaeology comes from cask interaction across a span no modern whisky can replicate; the tropical-fruit notes (pineapple, baked custard) are characteristic of the very longest-aged Macallans, distinct from any younger expression.
SERVING: a tulip glass at room temperature, neat. A museum bottle for the rare evening, water and ice are unnecessary. Pairs with quiet conversation and a long-aged Dominican corojo cigar where the spice and the patinated wood find a worthy match.
