This premium molasses rum is made of an assemblage of very old rums from Barbados, ranging from 12 - 20 years old, aged in Bourbon casks in the Caribbean and finished in French Oak cask at the Chateau de Bonbonnet in the Charente region, France. The double aging process gives this rum a unique smoothness and intense flavor.

Each rum has a unique character, Barbados delivers elegance, Jamaica an unmistakable structure and rustic edge, Guyana imparts full and rich flavors. Velvety and luscious. Made from an infusion of pineapple rinds macerated in Plantation Rum 3 stars. The fruit is infused separately for three months with Plantation Original Dark Rum after this period the two rum infusions are married and left to rest for three months in wood barrels.
