This Swiss gin is produced for 7Peaks Brewerery at the Lakeside Distillery, by combining freshly brewed beer distilled with juniper and other traditional botanicals, such as juniper berries, coriander, lemon, orange peel, cloves and wild honey. The 7Peaks brewery is known for producing artisanal beers and it is located at 1300 meters high in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by the Valaisan mountain range, the Dents du Midi.
