An award-winning gin made with six Japanese botanicals, each cultivated over four seasons, harvested at the peak of its season to obtain the best flavour. The botanicals include Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sansho pepper.
