Created in collaboration with Lime House Restaurant in Singapore and Precious Liquors. This heavy Trinidad rum was distilled in 1998, aged in oak barrels over 22 years, and bottled in 2021 by Independent Bottler Precious Liquors. This is Lime House's first official bottling and a limited edition of only 174 bottles, filled at cask strength 64.7% ABV. The Caroni Distillery was established in 1918 and closed in 2001 due to the downfall of the country's sugarcane production. As a result, their vintage casks have become increasingly difficult to obtain as their stocks decline. • Tropical & Continental ageing. • Single Cask No.2211.
