Appleton Estate 2003 Hearts is an 18-year-old pure single rum created as a collaboration between the distillery's Cellar Master, Joy Spence, and Independent bottler Luca Gargano from Velier. The Hearts Collection is a limited edition featuring special bottlings of 100% pot still single-mark rums. Appleton Estate 2003 Hearts is a limited edition of 5000 bottles, drawn from cask No.420930 through cask No.420950, bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 63%.
