This is a traditional Jamaican rum composed of a blend of copper pot-still rums aged between 6-10 years. 100% single estate product; batch distilled, aged, blended and bottled on-site.
Tasting notes
Natural, light amber
Punchy with upfront aromas of light tobacco and toasted oak with spicy raisins and plums. After a few minutes in the glass, light notes of vanilla become evident.
The palate is luscious with notes of tropical fruits with a soft, buttery texture. Slightly bitter, the soft tannins are balanced out by toasted oak and nutmeg.
The finish is dry with persistent hints of black pepper and ginger
