An extraordinary rum, distilled on the historical Versailles Wooden Single Pot Still. The Still dates back to the 17th century and it is known for producing a dry medium-bodied rum. This rum was aged for 13 years in Bourbon barrels. This is the first release bottled in 2015 at cask strength, non-blended and non-chill filtered.
The Demerara Distillery dates back to the 17th century and it is considered one of the oldest distilleries in the world; throughout the years the original stills were kept and are presently used, each creating a different style of spirit.
