Elegant with a delicate bitter finish. Cacciaprat Dies is made from white Grenache grapes coming from vineyards that are over 90 years old and are cultivated according to organic methods. The vineyards are located in the heart of Priorat and have been in the same family for three generations.

This wine is infused with botanicals during a full moon cycle (28 days) and aged for 24 months in New French Oak barriques. No color or caramel is added.
