Beluga Gold Line is a Russian vodka made with malt spirit and artesian water. Each bottle has an individual serial number and a cork closure sealed with wax. The traditional opening ritual uses a small hammer and brush to remove the wax seal. PRODUCTION The ingredients undergo five filtration stages. A 90-day resting period follows, before the vodka is bottled. This rest takes place without wood contact and is distinct from barrel ageing. SERVING Serve chilled in a small glass for tasting. Pour a modest measure and taste it on its own before pairing it with food. Smoked fish makes a straightforward accompaniment.
