Waterford Feuille Morte is a Micro Cuvée single malt Irish Whisky, matured in 32% First Fill US, 16% Virgin US, 30% Premium French & 22% Vin Doux Naturel. Only 1200 bottles have been produced.
Tasting notes
Bread crust, toffee apple, mandarin orange, biscoff biscuits, plums, raisins, pine nuts, porridge, coffee cake, ferns, brown sugar, violets, grapefruit.
Cherries, dark coco power, liquorice, clove, leather, black peppercorns, nutty, vanilla essence, tastes like an autumn woodland, dry, pistachios, mint, barley sugar.
Dry with a spice linger with aniseed.
