Kaiyo means Ocean. This premium Japanese pure malt whisky was matured in the finest Mizunara oak casks. After years of aging according to traditional methods, the whisky goes on a final maturation at sea voyage for up to three months, leaving from Osaka Japan. Made from a blend of pure malt whiskies, 100% Malted Barley, non-chill filtered.

Golden Amber
Finely ground spices, vanilla biscuit, light honey and brown sugar cubes as well as the mizunara fingerprints of aromatic wood and incense.
Pastry, egg custard and all spice flavours, there's just enough body apparent as the spices settle down, unleashing a substaintial wave of vanilla creamisness
Leaves a long after taste, between the vanilla cream and the fading spices.
