Composed of a non-peated whisky aged in American oak, a non-peated whisky aged in ex-sherry/Spanish Oak, and a peated whisky aged in American oak. As such, the peat level goes down to a mild 7-9 ppm. This product is no longer produced. Hakushu Single Malt Whisky is Kosher certified.

Founded half a century after Yamazaki. Keizo Saji inherited his father’s vision in his quest for innovation and built the second Suntory distillery in 1973, in the deep forest of Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Japanese Southern Alps. The distillery is known for producing smoky single malt whiskies.
