Tasting notes

Rich with a velvety texture. Caramel, oak wood and tannins.
Long and oaky.
Founded in 1918 near Hiroshima. The malt is harvested and distilled in Canada & Scotland. The aging process takes place in an abandoned tunnel that was drilled back in 1970 by a Japanese railway company. The tunnel measures 361 meters in length and it has the ideal conditions for the ageing of the whisky, a constant temperature of 14°C and 80% humidity.
