A splendid dram fully matured in ex-Chenin Blanc casks, distilled on the 28th of August 2006, bottled at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered. This bottling is part of the "Curiosity" collection. The series displays bold and distinctive flavours obtained from a variety of special casks.
Tasting notes
Rich and aromatic. Green apples laced with warming ginger.
A bouquet of peach and passion fruit gives way to drier spice and tannins. Balanced with slight acidity.
Spicy ginger and wood notes fade for a mineral finish with lingering hints of orchard fruits.
