The third release of a highly collectable series. Macallan’s Rare Cask Batch No.3 is crafted from only fifty first-fill European and American oak casks, each of which has been seasoned with Sherry. Only the finest rare casks are hand-picked at the right point of maturation. The Macallan’s Rare Cask is presented in a dark red fold-out gift box with the Batch number and year of release. This edition displays notes of vanilla, freshly cut logs from the American oak, subtle spices from the European oak and raisins from ageing in Sherry Cask.
