Independent bottler WITL presents a single malt, single cask whisky from the Blair Athol Distillery. Distilled in June 2010 and bottled in July 2022. Fully matured for twelve years in a 2nd fill sherry hogshead cask, single cask # 301692/2010. Non-chill filtered, free of colouring and bottled at a cask strength of 56.9% Vol. This is a limited edition of 387 bottles.
Tasting notes
Sweet Christmas spices and raisins.
On the palate, it reveals warm spices, candied apples and oranges, notes of dark chocolate and a very light dry woodiness on the finish.
