GLENFARCLAS DISTILLERY

Near Ben Rinnes at Ballindalloch in Speyside, Glenfarclas has belonged to the Grant family since John Grant acquired the distillery and Rechlerich farm in 1865. Directly fired stills and traditional dunnage warehouses remain part of its production regime. Decisions to retain stocks from the late 1960s underpin the Family Casks collection, allowing the distillery to release individual casks from earlier decades under its own name.
