Rich and elegant, RDR wine reflects the unique character of the vineyard located in the coolest area of the Ribera. This area produces smaller and more concentrated grapes, as the vines must dig deep roots to find water to survive. Made from 100% Tinto Fino Grapes trained as bush vines that are 120 years old, cultivated according to biodynamic and organic sustainable methods, free of chemicals, non-irrigated and without any wire support. Aged for 13 months in new 400 l. French and Hungarian oak barrels. This wine was produced in small quantities and bottled without stabilizing and with minimum filtration; it may contain natural sediments in the bottle. The perfect pairing to cured and game meats!
